-All items should be notified in 48 hrs and returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
-They should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition as seen in the item’s pictures and description
(bags, tags, etc).
-Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Due to the nature of business, Exchanges are not entertained.  However, in most case we try or best to help. Please contact us at

Clearance sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance sales items. Please read the description and measurements completely before making a purchase with us.

We do guarantee that all items you purchase are brand new and in the condition stated in the auction. We have stringent quality control so these are rare occasions.

If for any reason there is a discrepancy between what you received and what is described in the auction, please do not hesitate to contact us - your satisfaction is important to us!

However, if it occurs we are happy to exchange the item. If the same item is not available, please feel free to choose an item of your choice from the store. NO REFUNDS.
