Q: I live near Excezz baggage - Can I just "PICK UP" my item to avoid shipping fees?

A: Unfortunately, due to our lease agreement, since our warehouse is not a retail location, we cannot allow local pick-up.

A: Yes, we ship products every day. Products are dispatched within 48 days from receiving the payment.

Q: What is the " MINIMUM TURN AROUND TIME" for a sale?

A: We can deliver product within 24 hrs from purchases, provided payment is made by credit card or pay pal and express postage is opted.

A:  EXPRESS AUSTRALIA : We can deliver products within 24 hours from payment.
     REGULAR / REGISTERED : AUSTRALIA : 3-7 days, however most products reach in 2-3 days.
     AIRMAIL : 7-12 Days depending on the country of destination.

A: Yes, we do combine shipping for purchase made within 5 days and offer discount on shipping.

Q: Can I ship to an address other than my own?

A: Yes! As a registered EBay buyer, you may add several different shipping addresses which will be stored for you for future  purchases.

We are happy to ship gifts to family and friends and do so regularly. In addition you may add a gift message that will be included in the package. The packing does not display pricing

Q: How Long Do I have to pay for the item?

A: From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have exactly 5 days to complete payment. If the payment is not made within 5 days we will send out reminders..

On the 15th day, we must cancel the transaction, and file a dispute with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale.

Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 15 days of your
FIRST item being won.

A: If the item has been paid for and still receive reminders then the following would have occurred.
- Payment not received successfully
  (Please double check with your organization, Check if you used the correct payment information)
- Payment received by Excezz baggage but the reference is  insufficient  to track the payment .

If they are Authentic, how come there are not Tags on some merchandise?

Some of our products come from OEM factories and authorized wholesalers. In this case there is a chance that the tags are missing on the merchandise.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

Q: Do we offer refund or exchange?

Refund -
Yes, All items should be returned within 3 days of receiving the item;
They should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition as seen in the item’s pictures and description (bags, tags, etc). Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the 30% restocking fee.

- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
